Juan Manuel Muñoz Guijosa

Juan Manuel Munoz-Guijosa is a Full Professor at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where responsibilities include serving as Associate Vicerector for Innovation and Technology Transfer and as Director of the UPM Tech Transfer Office since July 2003. As the Founder and Honorary President of Triboblend, a start-up focused on enhancing material properties through advanced technology, Juan Manuel has led innovation efforts since November 2020. Additional academic roles include visiting professorships at institutions such as Национальный минерально-сырьевой университет «Горный» and Tokyo Institute of Technology, as well as experience as an Account Manager and R&D Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH. Juan Manuel holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
