Shariyah Rahman

Shariyah Rahman is a Doctoral Student specializing in Paediatric Haematology and Oncology at Universitätsklinikum Münster since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Research Assistant in Internal Medicine I at Universitätsklinikum Ulm, focusing on pancreatic cancer and stem cell research from April 2022 to February 2024. Shariyah also completed a Master Thesis and research internship at the Institute of Molecular Oncology and Stem Cell Biology, where the project involved studying DKK3 during EMT in Pancreatic Ductal Adeno Carcinoma. Additional research experience includes an internship at Ulm University's Institute of Clinical and Biological Psychology and participation in an International Summer School on Structural Biology and Drug Development at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Shariyah earned a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine from Ulm University and a Bachelor of Science with triple majors in Chemistry, Zoology, and Microbiology from Mount Carmel College.
