Abim Odusoga

Abim Odusoga currently serves as the Director of Impact, Policy & Compliance at the University of California Office of the President, where efforts focus on driving innovation and impact at the intersection of sustainability, procurement, technology, and public policy. Prior to this role, Abim led the Noncompliance Team at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for nearly 14 years, overseeing process improvement strategies and enhancing efficiency among various offices. Abim's expertise includes leading sustainability initiatives within the Water Division and managing significant funding for state water infrastructure projects. Abim began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Bucknam & Associates and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine and a Master of Public Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
