Elvin Kamugisha

Elvin Kamugisha has extensive experience in human resources and administration within the academic sector, serving at the University of Dar es Salaam since April 2015 as a member of the Housing Committee. Currently, Elvin holds multiple roles at the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre, including Secretary of the Recruitment Committee and various Human Resource Officer positions, where responsibilities include enforcing HR policies, managing record-keeping, and assisting with HR management activities. Prior experience includes serving as Public Relations Officer for the UDSM Philosophy Club and practical training with Nyamagana District. Elvin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus on Community Development, Organization, and Advocacy from the University of Dar es Salaam, completed in 2011.
