María Rosa de Zayas

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an assistant compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and working as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to higher education as a university lecturer on subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in nutrition and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
