Zhang Xin is a Professor of Law at the University of International Business and Economics, having held this position since August 2015 after serving as an Assistant Professor. Zhang has contributed to various legal topics, including agency rulemaking and the interplay between media coverage and public participation in legislation. Additionally, Zhang serves as the Executive Director of the UIBE Institute on Digital Economy & Legal Innovation and has been a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University and an Edwards Fellow at Columbia University. Zhang's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Legislation, Law and Economics from Peking University and participation in international programs focused on human rights and economic analysis of law.
