Dr.sahar G. Elbager

Dr. Sahar G. Elbager has held several prominent positions within the University of Medical Sciences & Technology (UMST) since March 2013, including Director of Research at the Deanship of Research and Innovation, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences, and Assistant Professor of Haematology. Dr. Elbager has extensive experience in designing and conducting haematological and molecular projects, as well as delivering specialized lectures on haematology, molecular biology, genetics, cancer biology, immunology, and physiology. Previous roles include Medical Laboratory Consultant at Al Balal Medical Center, where Dr. Elbager diagnosed various blood diseases and performed laboratory tests in haematology, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Assiut University's South Egypt Cancer Institute, focusing on leukemia and lymphoma diagnostics. Dr. Elbager's educational background includes a PhD in Haematology from UMST, a Master’s Degree in Immuno & Molecular Haematology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
