Justine Chinoperekweyi

Justine Chinoperekweyi, Ph.D., RODC, COLDC, currently serves as an External Moderator at the University of Namibia and as an Industry Advisory Member at the Harare Institute of Technology. With extensive experience as the CEO and President of the Centre for Organization Leadership & Development since June 2018, Justine oversees professional certification programs and manages strategic alliances within the field. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Horizons University, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine, and Academic Director at the Business Professionals Education Center. Additionally, Justine has worked as a freelance consultant in organizational development and served as visiting faculty at Synergy University Dubai Campus. Justine holds a Ph.D. in Governance and Leadership from the University of Lusaka, a Master's in Leadership and Management from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Bachelor's in Banking and Finance from MSU.
