Sue Aichele

Sue Aichele is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the University of North Texas System since July 2015, Sue has successfully transformed traditional recruitment methods into a consultative talent advisory approach, enhancing organizational reputation. Sue excels in producing and analyzing data-driven insights to inform decisions and guide tactical initiatives. Previously, at UPS from September 1999 to July 2015, Sue held the position of Human Resources Supervisor, where responsibilities included developing a strong talent pipeline and supervising the talent acquisition team. Sue earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business/Managerial Economics from Northwood University.
