Paul J. Williams, CHCIO, CDH-E, is a seasoned health care IT executive with over 31 years of progressive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure Technology at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since July 2021, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership in driving organizational change and team development. Prior roles include Associate Vice President and Director at Trinity Health, Director of Technology Operations at Catholic Health East, and various management positions at St. Mary Medical Center and Rorer Asset Management. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree from Neumann University and several technical certifications and diplomas in computer technology and electronics.
