Yaseen Hilal Oudeh

Yaseen Hilal Oudeh has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at the University of Sharjah since March 2008, with a focus on timely response to IT calls as per service level agreements. Prior to this role, Yaseen held various positions including IT Support Engineer at Alpha Data and Empower, and Computer Teacher at Alshola Private School. Yaseen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ajman University, which was completed between 1996 and 2002.
