Rachael Brady

Rachael Brady is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at ICA, an Amphenol company, since March 2023, Rachael also holds a long-term position as Director of Human Resources at Unlimited Services since May 2016. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Unlimited Services, Human Resources Director at The Rennes Group from June 2008 to May 2016, and Human Resources Supervisor at BSI from May 2004 to May 2008. Rachael began the career in human resources as a Benefits Administrator at Menasha Corporation and as a Human Resources Assistant at Thermotech, Inc. Educationally, Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned in 2001.
