Gavin Wade

Gavin Wade is an experienced product and technology leader currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Unmind since April 2021, where responsibility includes overseeing Product, Design, Science, Content, and Growth Marketing. Prior to Unmind, Gavin held the position of Director of Product and Head of Product at Kaluza from January 2020 to April 2021, contributing to the development of intelligent platforms for the energy sector. Gavin's experience also includes a significant tenure at OVO from August 2014 to December 2019, where roles included Head of Product and Head of Enterprise Agility, leading multiple product teams and facilitating organizational adaptability. Earlier career milestones include senior project management roles at MITIE, Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, and Helphire UK, where Gavin was responsible for business change and managing strategic operations.
