Grace Atanacio

Grace Atanacio has over 14 years of work experience in the business and customer service sectors. Grace began their career in 2005 as a Telesales Representative for ICT Group, where they offered credit protection and identity theft protection to clients in the U.S. and completed, updated, and verified business information records for Dunn and Bradstreet. In 2006, they moved to HTMT as a Customer Service Representative, and in 2007 they joined Orchid Cybertech Services Inc. as a Customer Service Representative and Email Support in the Sales Department. In 2009, they began working at Sitel Philippines as a Customer Service Representative and Point of Contact. Grace then moved to Credit Corp Inc. in 2011 as an Account Manager, followed by Advanced Credit Management Pty Ltd. in 2012 in the same role. In 2013, they joined Collection House International BPO, Inc. as a Collections Officer. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at StudySoup as a Business Development Lead and Acquisition Team Lead. Most recently, in 2020, they joined UpCounsel, Inc. as a Business Development Associate.
