Roxanne Porter

Roxanne Porter serves as the Regional Head of HR Africa and Global Head of Culture and Engagement at UPL since January 2022, having previously held the position of Regional Head HR AME. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager for Africa at AGCO Corporation and HR Manager for Sub Sahara Africa at John Deere. Roxanne's background also features a position as HR Operations Manager at JOHN DEERE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and various HR roles at John Deere (Pty) Ltd. Furthermore, Roxanne has expertise in end-to-end project management, strategic planning, and implementation of global HR tools and processes, particularly within the Sub-Saharan Africa market. Roxanne holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from UNISA and a Bachelor's degree with honors in the same field, along with a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal.
