Deisha Barnett

Deisha Barnett serves as the President of Global Communications and Chief Communications Officer at UPS, with extensive experience in strategic communications and content strategy. Since founding For the Ambitious Only, LLC in September 2021, Deisha has focused on mentorship and leadership coaching for mid-level professionals in communications, marketing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, prioritizing the experiences of Black and brown leaders. Prior roles include Chief Brand and Communications Officer at Metro Atlanta Chamber and various leadership positions at Walmart, EarthLink, and Ketchum. Deisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Clark Atlanta University.
