Terri Swenson

Terri Swenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent development, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Programs, Culture and Engagement at Upstream Rehabilitation since March 2024, Swenson previously held the role of Director of Enterprise Initiatives and Programs at onehome, where efforts focused on improving employee experience during a significant acquisition. Earlier positions included senior management roles in learning and development at organizations such as the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and Northern Tool + Equipment, where Swenson contributed to award-winning programs and initiatives.
