Irina Rotaru

Irina ROTARU is currently working as a Project Officer at URBACT and as a Lecturer at EI.CESI - Ecole d'ingenieurs du CESI. Irina is the Founder and President of Cities on the Move and an editor at Zeppelin magazine. Irina is also an associated researcher at Politecnico di Milano. In their previous role at IR, Irina served as an Independent expert, trainer, and project coordinator in various areas. Irina has a diverse educational background, including a European PhD in Urban Governance, a master's degree in Sustainable Urban Development, and a DESS in Regional Planning. Irina's expertise lies in sustainable urban mobility, urban design, cultural heritage, and climate neutrality.
