Bradley Jacobs has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Bradley began their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at UW-Madison. In 2009, they were an EID Intern in Materials and Manufacturing at GE Healthcare. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager in the North American Consulting Practice with specialization in the utility sector. In 2021, they started at Urbint as the Vice President of Customer Success & Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading an enterprise-wide customer experience vision and directly manages a growing organization that includes customer success, professional services, and customer support. Bradley has also held roles as Senior Director of customer onboarding for North American Gas, Electric and Telecommunication utilities and Director of Implementation.
