Josh Foukas

Josh Foukas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the health sciences industry, currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at USANA Health Sciences since July 2018. Prior roles at USANA include Executive Vice President of Legal and various vice president positions focusing on legal and investor relations from 2007 to 2016. Prior to joining USANA, Josh held the position of Corporate Counsel at NPS Pharmaceuticals and worked as an Associate Attorney at Parsons Behle & Latimer.
