Alicja Noworolska

Alicja Noworolska is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director at DRAXTON Wrocław since May 2024, Alicja previously held the position of HR Manager at Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from April 2020. Prior to that role, Alicja was HR Manager at Poligal from September 2016 to April 2020 and worked as an HR Business Partner at Whirlpool EMEA from November 2013 to August 2016. Early in the career, Alicja gained experience as an HR Senior Specialist at LG Electronics from April 2007 to October 2013. Academically, Alicja holds a Master's degree in Public Relations/Social Communication from the University of Wroclaw and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the High School of Banking in Wrocław.
