Christophe Mathiou

Christophe Mathiou has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christophe started their career in 2009 as a PHP Web Developer intern at Shopall.com, where they worked on improving and creating programs for a price comparison website.

In 2010, Christophe joined Sopra as a Senior Web Analyst, working on developments and business analysis for EDF in the finance and management sectors. Christophe also handled customer relationship management, production preparation, and reporting for the project manager. During this time, they gained expertise in technologies such as SAS, SCL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and databases like Oracle and MySQL.

From 2013 to 2015, Christophe took on the role of Application Manager at Sopra, where they managed five applications for EDF in the finance and energy area. Christophe also provided support for two additional applications during periods of high activity or major projects.

In 2015, Christophe joined the Institut français de Madagascar as an IT manager and was responsible for the organization's new technologies of information and communication. At the institute, they oversaw cultural cooperation, academic and scientific activities, and promotion of the French-speaking countries.

In 2017, Christophe joined Sopra Steria as a Back-end Developer, working with PHP, Oracle, and the Zend framework. Christophe also served as a Technical Manager in charge of a team of six, maintaining and developing websites and web services using PHP with Symfony and EzPublish.

Following their tenure at Sopra Steria, Christophe worked at Legend Diving from 2019 to 2020. Christophe started as a Padi Open Water Scuba Instructor and Assistant Manager, and later became an OWSI, Head Instructor, and Assistant Manager.

Most recently, in 2020, Christophe joined UVE Solutions as a Senior Consultant, where they currently work.

Throughout their career, Christophe has demonstrated a strong technical skill set in various technologies and methodologies, including PHP, Symfony, AGILE, and SCRUM. Christophe has also gained experience in managing teams, maintaining websites, and conducting customer relationship management.

Christophe Mathiou completed their education in the field of Management and New Technologies. Christophe pursued a Master's degree in Management and New Technologies from IUP Sciences de gestion option Management et Nouvelles Technologies from 2007 to 2010. Christophe also attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) during the same period and obtained a Master's degree in the same field. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn in August 2020 and "Build your website with HTML5 and CSS3" as well as "Manage your code with Git and GitHub" from OpenClassrooms in November 2016.
