Aamina Zala is currently working as a Senior Executive Human Resources at ValidSoft. Prior to this, they worked at GenConnect Infotech Solution Pvt Ltd as a Senior Human Resource Executive. They have experience in on-boarding and induction process, handling employee grievances and queries, exit formalities, attendance management, vendor management, and managing various HR activities.
