Michael Arthur

Michael Arthur, FPAC, MBA is a Principal Financial Analyst at Vallecitos Water District since September 2014. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Financial Data Management Analyst at The Scripps Research Institute from October 2009 to September 2014, and as a Fiscal and Management Analyst at City of Chula Vista from December 2005 to July 2009. Additionally, Michael worked as a Management Analyst at City of Carlsbad from April 1998 to December 2005. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University San Marcos and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
