Jodi Graham

Jodi Graham possesses extensive experience in leadership and program development, currently serving as the Director at Valley Achievement Center since September 2015. Responsibilities include conducting departmental needs assessments, formulating and implementing organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Previously, Jodi held roles as Director of Training and Development, focusing on enhancing leadership effectiveness, and as a Behavior Specialist, where expertise was applied in assessing and managing student behavior issues. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc., and as a Medical Billing Specialist at San Joaquin Valley Pulmonary. Jodi's foundational experience as an Instructional Aide at Kern County Superintendent of Schools informs a strong understanding of special needs education. Jodi holds a Master's Degree in Teaching/Applied Behavior Analysis from National University.
