Marie-Sarah Dib

Sarah began her career at Latham & Watkins Paris, in the Corporate - Private Equity team before joining Bompoint.

Sarah's practice focuses on business law, corporate law and the reorganization of corporate groups, including mergers, acquisitions and LBOs, both in private equity and stock exchange law, in France and internationally.

Marie-Sarah graduated from ESSEC in 2010 and holds a Master's degree in business law and French and international corporate law. She also holds a Master's degree in corporate law from the University of Cergy Pontoise and a degree from the University of Dundee (LLM - International Commercial Law).
