Magdalena Łubkowska

Magdalena Łubkowska has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Magdalena is currently employed as a Chemical Compliance Manager at Sherwin-Williams since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Stewardship Specialist at Valspar since January 2017.

Magdalena has also held significant roles at Zakład Chemiczny "Silikony Polskie" Sp.z.o.o., where they served as the Head of Technological Department and Quality Control from March 2004 to December 2016. Their responsibilities included chemical synthesis, quality control of raw materials and products, implementing new technologies, and formulation development using siloxanes and silanes.

Before joining Zakład Chemiczny "Silikony Polskie" Sp.z.o.o., Magdalena worked as a Technologist at Zakład Doświadczalny Organika Sp.z.o.o. from October 1999 to March 2004. In this role, they were involved in developing operational documents, operational instructions for plant protection products, and other products. Magdalena also worked on developing analytical methods and internal standards and performed classical chemical analysis and gas chromatography.

Magdalena Łubkowska obtained their FCE certification from the British Council in July 2004. Magdalena went on to earn a Master's degree in Engineering in Chemical Process Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza, completing their studies between 2005 and 2009. Magdalena also earned a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from Centrum Badań Molekularnych i Makromolekularnych PAN w Łodzi, completing their studies between 2005 and 2008.
