What we are looking for in this role

Valve is recruiting for a world class Customer Success Executive to join our ambitious, rapidly growing team.

Our ideal candidate needs to be fascinated and curious about the workspace transformation that is taking place in the world, applying a dynamic mindset with a collaborative approach when introducing Valve’s range of solutions to new partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish consultative and trusted relationships with Valve’s clients and consistently exceed their expectations
  • Responsible for the growth and development of all key accounts; including renewals/upsells
  • Client reporting and presenting of insights & analysis
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Support in ongoing training initiatives, product upsells, and various client-based initiatives

Essential skills

  • Obsessed with delivering excellence and people
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral
  • Experienced at presenting in person and on video calls
  • Organised, disciplined, ambitious and motivated

Desirable skills

*Previous experience in the flexible workspace industry

  • Exposure or experience to SaaS based technology businesses
  • 1 - 3 years experience of a sales target based role
  • Demonstrable results and impressive performance******
