Jim Troyer

Jim Troyer has extensive experience in finance, having spent over three decades at Vanguard, where the role included serving as Principal and Head of Active Portfolio Management, specializing in Quantitative Equity Management. Prior to Vanguard, Jim Troyer held positions as a Portfolio Manager at Delaware Trust and an Associate at Aronson+Fogler, along with a Senior Associate role at Wilshire Associates. Jim Troyer holds an AB degree in History from Occidental College, completed in 1979.
