Pal Monoczki

Pal Monoczki is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Varian since November 2024, with extensive experience in software development and mentoring. Previously, Pal served as a Software Developer Mentor at Codecool from June 2015 to October 2024, where mentorship of aspiring developers was a key focus. Prior roles include Development Team Lead at evosoft (March 2006 - March 2015), specializing in automation and drive technologies, as well as System Engineer and Software Architect in healthcare platform development. Early in the career, Pal contributed to semiconductor factoring and tool development, gaining proficiency in languages such as Java, TCl, and C++, and held various positions from Software Tester to Lead Software Developer, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality software performance and client satisfaction. Pal holds a Master's degree in Informatic Engineering from the University of Miskolc, attained in 2007.
