Matt Whitney

Matt Whitney is the current Chief Technical Officer at Varicent. Matt has held this position since March of 2018. Prior to their current role, Matt Whitney was the Director of Software Development for Watson Financial Services at IBM. Matt was with IBM from February 2013 to March 2018. Before their time at IBM, Matt Whitney was the Vice President of Software Development at Varicent Software from April 2005 to February 2013.

Matt Whitney has a degree from the University of Waterloo and certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.

Ross Whitney - SVP, Engineering, Jing Shyr - Chief Data Scientist, and Thomas Kim - Chief Architect report to Matt Whitney. They work with Karon Joyner - SVP, Strategy, Judy Huber - Advisor to the CEO, and Karoline Chan - Chief Human Resources Officer. Their manager is Marc Altshuller, CEO.
