Silvana Chumaceiro

Silvana Chumaceiro is an experienced Corporate Trainer at Vaughan Systems since September 2022, where custom lesson plans have been developed for over 50 corporate employees, achieving a 95% student participation rate. Previously, Silvana served as a Quality Improvement Intern in the Neurology Department at Boston Children's Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019, conducting approximately 30 monthly chart audits to enhance patient care by analyzing adherence to hospital policies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Simmons University and multiple Master's degrees from ISEP, focusing on Clinical and Health Psychology and Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy, as well as a current Master's program in Human Resources Management at EIP International Business School set to complete in June 2025.
