Uma Ganesh possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at vCentric Technologies P Ltd. since April 2014, focusing on employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and handling employee grievances and exit formalities. Prior to this role, Uma worked as an HR Generalist at Enersys Astra Ltd. and Max Life Insurance Company Limited, engaging in recruitment, joining formalities, and employee engagement activities. Uma’s career began with an internship at ZCS Consulting Ltd. Uma holds a PGDM in HR from Dhruva College of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
