Dani Cortez

Dani Cortez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Communications Intern for King County, where they composed letters, conducted research, and managed constituent response surveys. From 2010 to 2011, they held multiple roles at CTIA, including Legal Staff Assistant, where they provided support to executives, managed documents, and acted as a liaison. They also worked as a Receptionist, handling phone calls and coordinating outreach initiatives.

In 2011, Dani joined Motricity as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-level executives and managing calendars and travel arrangements. They also conducted interviews and wrote articles for the company's intranet. In 2012, Dani had two concurrent roles as an Editorial Intern for Seattle Met, where they wrote blogs and shopping event posts, and as an Editorial Assistant for Seattle Pacific University, conducting interviews and writing feature articles.

From 2013 to 2015, Dani worked as a Legal Assistant at Washington Traffic Defense, providing support and facilitating legal processes for clients. In 2015, they transitioned to Jill's House as a Local Program Manager, where they launched and directed a new branch of a non-profit organization, trained staff, and implemented weekend camps for families.

In 2016, Dani joined Zillow as an Agent Care Consultant, providing support and technical assistance to real estate agents nationwide. They were also selected to participate in a leadership and management training course. In 2019, they joined XFL Seattle Dragons as a Manager of Football Operations, streamlining operations and logistics for the team. They arranged travel, oversaw rooming lists, and managed team meeting spaces.

Currently, Dani works at vcita as a Customer Success Manager & CS/Sales Ops. Their responsibilities include ensuring customer success and managing sales operations.

Dani Cortez attended Gordon College from 2005 to 2009. They obtained a degree in Communication Arts with a focus on writing and business. In addition, Dani Cortez obtained certification in The Success Plans Program from Startdeliver in June 2023.
