Ahmad Altahan

Ahmad Altahan has over five years of experience in the financial sector. Ahmad began their career in 2015 as a Financial Analyst at Wahdy Capital, where they evaluated and compared the relative quality of various securities in a given industry and presented oral or written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries. In 2017, they were promoted to Trading Analyst at the same company, where they informed investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions. In 2018, they moved to State Street as a Fund Analyst, where they calculated and processed fund and account activities, such as supporting NAV (Net Asset Value), cash movements, distributions, and process transactions. In 2019, they joined YH Bookkeeping Inc. as an Account Manager. Currently, they are Managing Director and Assistant Vice President of Finance at Vector Space Biosciences.

Ahmad Altahan has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Environmental Economics from Cosumnes River College in 2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Harvard Business School Online, LinkedIn, and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
