Nawdeep Agrawal has extensive work experience in the field of IT and digital transformation. Nawdeep currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer / Associate General Manager at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO) since 2022. Previously, they worked for Vedanta Resources Limited, where they held various roles such as Principal Architect - Digital Smart Manufacturing Balco, Manager / Head IT - Power Business BALCO, Deputy Manager, Associate Manager, Assistant Manager, and GET. Nawdeep'stenure at Vedanta Resources Limited spanned from 2007 to 2021.

Nawdeep Agrawal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from GEC Bhopal in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at DPS Korba from 1988 to 2001. Nawdeep also obtained a Masters in Data Science and Analytics from Simplilearn Alumni in 2021.
