Ryan Gagnon

Ryan Gagnon has held various roles in the tech industry since 2012. Ryan began their career as a Product Capture Specialist at Simply Interactive in 2012, where they were responsible for the development of Customer Support guides for major cellular phone retailers. Ryan later advanced to a leading role in the department, managing a team of Product Capture Specialists to produce guides and video work. In 2016, they moved to JRNI as an Implementation Manager, where they independently managed project development and professional services work both on-site and remotely. In 2021, they joined Vee24 as a Senior Associate, Client Services.

Ryan Gagnon attended Temple University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Arts.
