Erica Leeden

Erica Leeden is an experienced professional with a strong background in scheduling, performance reporting, and project management. Currently serving as Scheduling Manager at Velrada since April 2017, Erica oversees resource scheduling management, governance of timecards, and project reporting. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Network Rail from 2006 to 2015 in various capacities, including Performance Reporting Specialist and Cost Analyst for the Crossrail Programme, where responsibilities included financial management, reporting, and mentoring. A background in administrative support is evident from earlier positions with Kloppenheim Country Estate & Navigast, GM Processing, and Columbus Stainless Steel. Erica holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and has pursued additional education in project management and team leadership.
