Sarika Phatak

Sarika Phatak currently serves as the Vice President of Product Portfolio Strategy and Ops at Velsera since October 2023. Previously, Sarika held the position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Karkinos Healthcare from July 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director for Healthcare Products and Solutions at HARMAN International and as Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager at Philips Healthcare, focusing on mobile surgery product marketing and solution development. Sarika's career also includes various roles at HARMAN International, where responsibilities ranged from strategy and presales support to program management in the healthcare domain. Earlier experience includes positions at Persistent Systems Ltd. as a Technical Lead and Business Analyst, and at Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. as a Senior Engineer in avionics design. Sarika obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
