Katerina Lickova

Katerina Lickova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager and previously as Service Delivery Manager at Vendavo since May 2017, Katerina specializes in managing customer relationships, overseeing service delivery, and leading projects to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Project Manager at SAP Ariba, focusing on e-invoicing adoption, and Project Coordinator at the Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic in Lima. Katerina's background also includes establishing a new branch for SHERLOG Technology in Peru and roles at Accenture, where skills in contract management and accounts receivable were honed.
