Joseph Chan

Joseph Chan has worked in the software engineering and firmware engineering fields since 2002. Joseph's most recent role was as an Embedded Software Engineer at Ventana Micro Systems, which they began in 2022. Prior to this, they were an Embedded Software Engineer at Cerebras Systems from 2020 to 2022, where they reverse engineered a complex python daemon and designed and implemented a replacement C++ daemon. Joseph Chan attended the University of Alberta from 1990 to 1995, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Joseph also attended SPCC, though the duration of their attendance and any certifications obtained are unknown.
