Karen Laub

Karen Laub, started her career as a cardiac nurse, and has 30 years of entrepreneurial experience operationalizing and managing consumer and medical startups. Before co-founding Ventis Medical, she co-founded a company that manufactured ultrasonic blood flow monitors, helped start Defibtech, and is president and co-founder of TDL Innovations, a startup that develops novel therapeutics to treat malignant pleural effusions.

Karen graduated from William Paterson University with a BSN, RN, and earned a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the Univeristy of Pennsylvania.
