Dino Forte

Dino Forte has a strong background in customer management and sales solutions. Dino is currently the CEO of Ventrica, where they oversee an outsourced customer contact center and provides omni-channel customer management and sales solutions. Prior to Ventrica, they worked as the Managing Director of Verino Ltd, a consultancy specializing in improving and transforming contact center operations. Dino also served as the Business Solutions Director at The Listening Company and was the Founding Managing Director of Converso Contact Centres Ltd, where they successfully grew the business and eventually sold it. Earlier in their career, Dino worked as a Business Development Manager at Aspen Specialist Media.
