Elysse Parente

Elysse Parente is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Vermont Creamery since December 2021, Elysse previously held various roles at Ben & Jerry's, including HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist, from January 2018 to December 2021 and August 2014 to January 2018, respectively. Prior to that, Elysse worked at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters as a Human Resources Recruiting Associate and Human Resources Services Coordinator from June 2010 to July 2014, and began a career in HR at Champlain College as a CRM and Graduate Admissions Counselor from November 2008 to June 2010. Elysse's early professional experience includes a Public Relations Internship at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in 2008. Elysse holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Champlain College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Marketing Minor from Roger Williams University.
