Scott Grady

Scott Grady has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical industry. Scott started their career as an EMT-Intermediate at the Port Washington Fire Department in 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at BloodCenter of Wisconsin in various roles, including Laboratory Technologist I and II, Product Manager, and Portfolio Manager in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine. During this time, they implemented portfolio management teams, led business integration projects, and achieved significant revenue growth. In 2017, they joined Versiti Inc. as a Portfolio Manager in Hematology, where they expanded the portfolio management team and drove growth within the organization. Scott then took on roles as the Director of Cellular Therapy Program, responsible for developing and executing the organizational strategy for cellular therapies, and currently as the Director of Business Development, focusing on managing all aspects of business development and account management with Cell and Gene Therapy partners.

Scott Grady has a Bachelor's degree in Biology - Biomedical Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Scott then pursued a Specialist in Blood Banking at the BloodCenter of Wisconsin/Marquette University from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine. Scott later obtained a Master's degree in Transfusion Medicine from Marquette University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to be completed from 2020 to 2022.
