Erika Silveira is an experienced barista and junior coach with a diverse background in food service and youth coaching. Currently serving as a Barista/Shift Lead at Verve Coffee Roasters since August 2022, Erika previously worked at Starbucks from September 2020 to August 2022. In addition to coffee service roles, Erika has contributed to youth development as a Junior Coach 3 at World Cup Soccer Camps & Clinics from July 2019 to the present, leading seasonal camps and ensuring safety measures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Recently, Erika completed an internship at Cowell Coffee Shop, preparing and serving healthy food to students at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where studies are focused on a double Bachelor of Arts in Feminist Studies and Psychology, expected to graduate in June 2024. Education was completed at Archbishop Mitty High School, graduating in 2020.
