David Mayans

David Mayans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. David is currently working as a Software Engineer at Vested since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Software Engineer from July 2019 to October 2021.

Before their time at Massachusetts General Hospital, David worked at Brown University in various teaching assistant roles. From January 2019 to May 2019, they served as the Head Teaching Assistant for 3D Game Engines, where they were responsible for modernizing the curriculum and managing a team of TAs. From September 2018 to December 2018, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for 2D Game Engines.

In 2017, David worked as the Head Teaching Assistant for 2D Game Engines at Brown University. In this role, they were in charge of the course direction, hiring and managing TAs, and delivering lectures and grading projects.

Starting from September 2015 to May 2016, David was an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Organic Chemistry at Brown University. David was also an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming from September 2015 to December 2015. In these roles, they provided one-on-one assistance to students, conducted labs, and graded assignments. Additionally, they were involved in revising and updating course materials.

David Mayans completed their education at Whippany Park High School from 2010 to 2014. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science (ScB) degree in Computer Science at Brown University from 2014 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, David furthered their education at Brown University and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2018 to 2019.
