Nicole Freeman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as Vice President, Asia-Pacific Market Entry & Expansion at Iron Mountain since July 2018, Nicole is responsible for project performance assessment and optimization, alongside effective client communication to address project-related issues. Previously, Nicole held the position of Technical Director at Lumen Technologies from May 2013 to May 2015, overseeing IT operations across Europe, Nigeria, and Turkey, and was a member of the Pegasus/Universal Ensco Transition Merger Integration Team. Additionally, from September 2011 to March 2013, Nicole served as a Senior Computer Programmer at QTS Data Centers, leading web design and SQL database teams while managing a significant software project for the Nimrod aircraft avionics platform. Nicole Freeman holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Wharton Executive Education, completed in 2012.
