Nicolas Abarca

Nicolas Abarca is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in loan origination and talent development. Currently serving as Group Manager at Veterans First Mortgage since November 2018, Nicolas oversees the training and performance of upcoming Loan Officers, providing support in client communication, credit reviews, and home-buying assistance. Prior to this role, Nicolas was a Mortgage Loan Officer at both Veterans First Mortgage and RANLife Home Loans, focusing on helping borrowers secure suitable loan options and grants. Nicolas also held the position of Talent Development Manager at Veterans First Mortgage, where responsibilities included overseeing training programs for mortgage-related skills.
