Rich Freed

Rich Freed is an experienced account manager with a diverse background in sales and customer service. Currently at VGW since October 2021, Rich has held positions as both Account Manager and Account Executive. Prior experience includes roles at OSL Retail Services, where responsibilities encompassed online customer support for Samsung Canada's online store, as well as sales at Samsung's flagship Canadian store, excelling in the consumer electronics sector. Rich's expertise also extends to the retail environment, with over seven years at Carphone Warehouse, distinguishing himself as a top sales consultant. Additional ventures include internships in music marketing and entertainment, entrepreneurship in managing live performances, and early roles in food service and retail. Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Music from the University of the West of Scotland and has studied Computer Science at the University of Strathclyde.
